How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. To start a return, email us at support@rigandradius.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Please email us at support@rigandradius.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll get it resolved quickly.
