Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@rigandradius.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
• Some products may be non-returnable. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email support@rigandradius.com with your order number and a photo. We will resolve the issue promptly.
